26 & 2 Yoga

26 postures and 2 breathing exercises put together to work every part of the body, inside-out. Instructor leads class through each posture with detailed dialogue to help students to get in to a posture, hold the posture and come out safely.

90 minutes @ 105 F & 40% humidity

Power Hour Yoga

26 postures and 2 breathing exercises put together in a unique flow to work every part of the body with some postures being held for 2 sets and and some for 1 set. Class moves at a faster pace with instructor giving detailed dialogue of how to get in and out of postures.

60 minutes @ 105 F & 40% humidity

Inferno Hot Pilates 

High Intensity Interval Training class using Pilates principles. Full body workout designed to strengthen muscles, increase flexibility, and improve overall health. Gives quick and noticeable results!

60 minutes @ 95 F & 40% humidity

Yin Yoga

Works on the connective tissues with postures being held for longer periods- around 5 minutes for each class. If you gently stretch connective tissues by holding a yin pose for a long time, the body will respond by making them a little longer and stronger. Yin yoga is for everyone- if you are tired, over-stimulated, when your energy is too erratic, your mind overactive, whether you are craving energy or you feel you have too much of it.

Studio Etiquette

  • All Yoga classes are 60 or 90 minutes
  • All Inferno Hot Pilates classes are 60 minutes
  • No late entries or leaving early
  • Lobby doors are locked during class
  • Studio opens 30 minutes before each class and closes 30 minutes after class
  • Locker rooms and showers are available for all students
  • No cell phones, shoes, or large bags in the yoga room
  • Please respect the silence in the yoga room before and after Bikram Yoga class
